    to easy and quick. With TWISTEE, you just twist, click, and that’s it. Their strong

    magnetic ends, when connected, hold the hair in place all day without the tension

    headache. Their smooth surface makes for easy removal with no damage. And

    their durable form leaves no imprint on your hair. Plus, you can attach a decorative

    ornament to TWISTEE. To add a touch of personality to your everyday look.

  • TWISTEE hair ties are made out of 100% silicone material that is designed for

    ultimate comfort and durability. At each end of the band are two enclosed

    neodymium magnets. Size 10 mm x 2.6 mm neodymium magnets.

  • Hair ties come in two sizes- The long hair tie is 37 inches, and the short hair tie is

    13 inches. The band is ¼ inches wide.

  • Our flexible TWISTEE is designed to be extremely stretchy. TWISTEE does not lose its elasticity, and it does not stretch out.

  • We pride ourselves on quality and delivering the best products possible, which is why we make TWISTEE hair ties strong, flexible material designed to last. We stretch-test every TWISTEE hair tie before packaging as part of our quality control process. But life happens, and sometimes TWISTEE hair ties break. We are happy to cover any broken TWISTEE hair tie within three months of the date of purchase, If your TWISTEE breaks or you feel it is defective, please contact us. Our hair ties are designed to take the beating of everyday activities. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for clips that have been run over by motor vehicles.

  • TWISTEE will work well on tying braids, locks, coily, and the thickest and curly hair. Large hair ties are best for braids, thick to super thick hair. Small hair ties are best for puff hairstyles and ponytails. TWISTEE will slide off straight hair.

  • Flat-rate shipping is available for $4.99 on all orders within the United States. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. You can expect your order to ship within 1-3 business days after it is placed and to receive it within 3-7 business days after it is shipped. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but please check back in the future as this policy may change.

  • We offer USPS international shipping to many countries. TWISTEE is not responsible for any custom fees, duties, or taxes incurred on international shipments and these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that shipping times can vary due to custom delays that are outside TWISTEE control.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely under https protocol.

  • Yes, we charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

  • We pride ourselves on quality and delivering the best products possible, which is

    why we make TWISTEE with strong, flexible material designed to last. We stretch-test every hair tie before packaging as part of our quality control process. But, life happens, and sometimes things can break. We are happy to cover any broken product within 90 days of the date of purchase. If your TWISTEE breaks during normal wear and tear, or you feel it is defective, please contact us. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for clips that have been run over by motor vehicles.
